این مدرک بین المللی نیز بر روی مهارتهای سرپرستی Client های شبکه تمرکز می کند اما دامنه تخصصهایی که طی دوره های آن به افراد متقاضی آموزش داده میشود از دوره قبلی بیشتر است.

این تخصصها حول تکنولوژی Vista بوده و توصیه شده دانشجویان این دوره بقدر کافی سعی در کسب تجارب عملی در شبکه ها نیز داشته باشند. این مهارتهای دارنده این مدرک تمامی مورد قبلی باضافه موارد زیر است:

• Manage workflow
• Install and configure desktop operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot the desktop operating system, desktop application, and desktop networking and connectivity
• Install and configure hardware devices and drivers (including mobile and personal devices)
• Troubleshoot hardware devices and drivers (including mobile and personal devices)
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate administrator (for example,
• server administrator, network administrator, or desktop configuration administrator)
• Install and test department-specific and line-of-business (LOB) applications on end-user computers
• Change desktop configurations as needed
• Re-image desktops as needed

فرد داوطلب برای اخذ این مدارک باید دو امتحان را با موفقیت پشت سر گذارد.یکی از این امتحانات TS و دیگری Pro است:
